this toner is a bit thicker than the watery type of toners. like in my previous reviews for this particular propolis line, i find that it absorbs really well and quickly into the skin. it's a great first step to your skincare routine after cleansing, my skin really drinks this stuff up. i usually put on a minimum of two layers
