I don't believe that this the reason why even after walking for almost an hour in a 45 degree temperature my make up is still on point! I live in middle east. So you can just imagine how HOT it is in here. But this is the only thing I added in my usual routine. So maybe it is!!! I am very happy with this product. I will buy them again. Note: I got it on sale which is not even a dollar. So glad I tried it. Thanks STYLEKOREAN!
