The texture is amazing so milky and creamy

I have severely dehydrated skin and no toner felt like it was hydrating enough for me. I layer this over my watery toners and this is the only way my skin is surviving this winter. It's also the cheapest on here!! I'm acne prone but this does not break me out.

Great for the skin. Love that it hydrates my face nicely.

Feels more like an essence than a toner, quite hydrating.

So I bought it, but haven't tried it yet. I'm sure its as good as everyone is saying
