I love CLIO products and have been using their pen eyeliner for years. i wanted a pencil to have in case the pens started to dry out or if i run out. I used this pencil on my upper lash line. It is not quite that smooth so it drags a bit when you apply it. By the end of the night I looked like a panda. It definitely smudges. I’ll keep trying this but I can’t give it a five rating right now.
