Thick in consistency but so hydrating. I like to do 2-3 think layers and can feel my skin drink it up

Still one of the best inexpensive toners I've ever used. Hydrates the skin, absorbs well into the skin and has clean ingredients listing. Pyunkang Yul's toner is one of my favourite products from the brand and it's always the toner that I go back to no matter how many other decent toners I've tried. It's the first viscous toner I've tried and the one that introduced me to the 7 skin method (but I don't reapply 7times, more like 3 lol) and I've never gone back again to normal watery toners.
