Its such a light and scent free spot treatment. While I do use it on occasion when acne pops up, I don't think it really does anything other than coat and protect from additional bacteria from entering.

I haven't been able to use it long enough to say it has much effect, but it doesn't sting or dry up the areas I've used it at.
