Kind of feels like water with a touch of moisturizing aspects. I honestly don't feel a difference between using the water to wash my face and this. I have dry skin and it doesn't moisturize it too much. The only great thing I like about this are its clean ingredients and that its unscented.

I love pyunkang yul products it is cheap and affordable. It is perfect for the acen. The acen is gone after 3 days of use.
