This toner is lightweight and hydrating. It has a pleasant rose scent that is not overwhelming. Despite the fragrance, this toner does not cause my skin to break out. I like to use this toner in the morning after washing my face as I think it helps to rebalance my ph level and wakes me up.

OMG. YES! I finally bought this toner that everyone's has been talking about! It is the REAL DEAL. It smells so good, feels great, and leaves your skin so MOISTURIZED. Probably because there's 90.97% of rose water in there! Wow! That's A LOT. Plus it's free of animal, bad chemicals so it's just chock full of good stuff for your skin!

This toner is very good because it is very hydrating, although it is scented. The scent smells like roses, and it does not cause my skin to breakout or anything. My skin is sensitive and this toner does not irritate my skin whatsoever. I like how this toner makes my skin brighter, cleaner, and fresh. I do notice my pimples shrinking when I use this toner. I like this toner very much.
