I can't be too sure whether my blackheads reduced but there's always a cooling sensation after I use it and I can feel that my nose gets cleaned (like the sensation after you use face wash). Don't press too hard or it might break.

it works well on cleaing my blackheads! it reduced but not as much with pore pack because I tried gp use pore pac after and there is some blackheads left. Not as much as usual though.

Maybe my pores too small and the blackhead can not get out when I use this product, but the smell is very nice :)
