for those acne-prone, this won't break you out. it does live up to its claim of helping prevent acne and controlling some you may already have. i wouldn't recommend for those with oily skin because it is very dewey and i believe it would break down. i have dry skin, but it transfers a lot. this shade is best for those with neutral undertones, NC35 and 37, maybe 40. don't apply with a heavy hand, very pigmented so ends up looking cakey. overall i was satisfied with it, it's just not really my shade now.
