I'm Asian (Filipino-Chinese) and have quite white skin but I only get shade 23 since I think 21 is a bit too white for me. Shade 23 goes really well if you have a pinkish / reddish tone. Hides the redness really well throughout the day. I think I've bought this cushion over 5 times in a like 2 years. This is the best good coverage cushion for its price!
