I mostly use this toner with a cotton pad but don't notice much difference. A refreshing toner for pre-skincare though.

I'm not sure if this toner did much tbh, I got it bc i read people mention how its great for combination skin but I can't tell if it soothes my skin or not. It's not horrible but not life changing either.
