not my favorite formula. "velvet" as a description is really accurate because the formulation is super smooth. however, i found that this dried out my lips a bit, so i don't usually use this. I do really like this color. I bought two of these formulas and find myself reaching for this elf light rose color more than the other.

i heard a lot of good things about this line, but I just don't like the formula. it's kinda powdery and i feel like it makes my lips dry. the color is pretty accurate and gives a really cute young vibes
