It is a toner I keep going back to! It has a jelly-like texture and absorbs well on skin. My skin does not react to this and it soothes my skin. I've ordered several and have not found one I like more!

Personally for me I LOVE Pyunkang Yul toner.
I have pleasant experience while using this toner
It fall under thick toner and scentless
Most importantly it has only 7 ingredients yet hydrates my skin well. Sometimes LESS is MORE.
