It did work for me but i prefer other COSRX products that gave me better results such as: centella blemish cream (as a spot treatment) and natural BHA skin returning A-SOL that overall smoothen out my skin.

I love the spot patches, I use this when I get stubborn breakouts, it really does help reduce the size of breakout. The pads are okay.
