The pimple patches do a good job of the clearing the pimple significantly the next day, but the only problem is that I move in my sleep and sometimes the patches fall off.

smells kinda strong but it does the work.

I used to use the clear pads every day when I had acne and bumps on my forehead and they all disappeared after! Now I don't use them every day, only when I feel that I'm breaking out or if I want to give my skin a boost. I read some reviews saying that it stung their skin and it has only happened to me when I used them on raw, sensitive breakouts. 

The pimple patches are the best I've ever tried. They work best on pimples that you can see the whiteheads on and help reduce the size overnight. They don't work on hormonal acne (bumpy or inflamed acne) but they do help protect the spot.
