I love love love 3CE and their eye colours especially - usually their lip colours are really strong so i thought with a balm it would be more subtle and i was right. to me the colour is perfect for an added tint in a balm and the triangular packaging is really cool and a lot easier to work with that what i initially thought. however, the failing point was that there was not a lot of moisture in the balm, and it was of an almost drying quality...... as a tint of colour? i loved it but if they're going to make a lip **balm** then it needs to nourish the lips, not make me wish id brought a normal lip balm instead...
