jia...@	Normal I love 3CE Lipsticks I literally have all the matte and glossy ones. This balm however wasn't to moisturizing and although the color was hardly there (again I know balm) you really had to work it to get it to be the same color as seen in the picture. Overall good for a grab and go day look. Doesn't have good staying power.
