I honestly can't describe how it helps my skin, but I do find that it's a good way to prep my skin before other skincare. I use it once a day in the mornings, I find that it helps keep my skin softer and free of dry patches. It does some mild chemical exfoliation, and leaves the skin feeling lightly refreshed. I've used 3 bottles of this and I still think my skincare routine is better with it than without. However, if you have dry skin like me you should probably still follow up with either a hydrating toner or other hydration products.
