This is a great toner that is very gentle and has a very slight fragrance. Makes you feel clean and refreshed without drying you out. It says you can do quite a few things with this, but I have only really used this as a toner and sometimes to wipe my face just to freshen up. I didn't see any major differences in my skin after using it, but it just feels really refreshing especially when its hot/humid.

I cannot tell a difference from when I started using this toner, but it is a good toner to apply 3 to 7 times. It is like water as the name calls it and honestly think it will be good for any types of skin.
