very good toner. Does not dry my skin like others. good to use it as my second step after washing my face with foam cleanser and tkae off the remaing makeup that the cleanser did not take

My go to toner since freshman year of college. It's extremely useful when I need to cleanse/refresh my face whenever or where ever I am and I don't necessarily need any moisturizers after because it's hydrating in itself. It cleanses just as well as any miscellanear waters but also evens out my skin with its light exfoliating features. Very subtle scent and is really a beauty water.

I’ve been using this since I was a freshmen. A miscellaneor water and toner all in one. I would use it before my skin care routine or before a mask and also when I wasn’t able to foam cleanse. Never broke me out and very hydrating. Doesn’t leave my face tight or wanting :)
