This eyeliner was great, went on smooth and was waterproof on my eyes. Although my eyes are not very oily so, I don't have too much trouble with most eyeliners.

Easy to apply especially if you like a thinner eyeline, doesn't budge or transfer all day. I normally wear thick black eyeliner, but this is great for days where I just want a tiny bit of definition on my eyes. I can easily add eye shadow to make the liner look smoked out - it doesn't move at all. It also hides my lash band for my falsies pretty darn well. I'm about to order another in black. CLIO makes the best pen liner out there. Every other pen liner I've ever used transfers, it's opaque, or dries out super fast. Not CLIO.
