This is a great product and is easy to use. The shape of the pencil is convenient to fill in one's brows, the color is a touch dark for me but when I brush it out, its pretty good.

I'd say if you are new to make up, and about to learn how to draw eyebrow, go for this. Cheap price won't hurt your bank account, because eyebrow is something you have to practise along the way. The very first time i used this pencil eyebrow was 4-5 years ago, with my dry skin, i have trouble with this pencil, because there's no pigment. But along the way, i learnt that i should moisturise my skin beforehand, including the brow parts, and the pencil works!
