It is pigmented. it gives you a glossy look when you first apply it. Then it will set a bit after like 20 minutes and leaves a nice tint. However, I would say that the product is kind of a "mehr" product. The packaging is not as good as other Hemish lip product. The pink color makes it look cheap. Also, there are a lot better glossy tint out there either from other Korean beauty brands or drugstore brands like L'oreal. The color selection is not that unique either. I'm happy with the one I got, but won't repurchase or get another color.
