Chi...@ As an international buyer I couldn't call customer service and had to inform StyleKorean about the broken seal boer their Q&A board and am not impressed with their service. They asked me to send them a picture of the broken seal but provided no method for me to do so, when I asked for a email address they just failed to follow up.
