It feels like an acne-specific toner. It feels quite cooling, and it seems to reduce the size of any current acne. I like it so far, though I haven't noticed any long-term effects.

I have a whitehead problem, and using this product nightly has made a HUGE difference. It keeps my whiteheads at bay. I used to use nose strips weekly, but now I do it by month or when I go several days without using cosrx because I forget to pack it when I travel. It's also good for acne, but I still get breakouts when I stress or when I don't clean my powder brushes properly. >_>
