sim...@ I often use this cause I have lots of pimples and acne as well. It actually help but for me I experienced take of the acne first then put it on and the next day only scar left over.

I really love these patches! They really reduce the size and redness of my pimples. They will be more effective if used for a longer time, so I recommend to use them overnight.
