Best to put on pimples after they have popped to help suck out the nasties. I don't find that it works to shrink pimples magically overnight.

I don't think putting these on pimples make it go away faster, but I find that it stops me from scratching it.
I find putting it on a pimple after I have popped it helps to suck out the nasty stuffs and heals the pimple faster
