This toner works so well for my skin. It does not dry it out and is hydrating. It is also very gentle to my skin and my skin has been looking way much better since I started to use this.

This toner is very hydrating and drys fairly quickly. The only thing that I don’t like is that it needs multiple layers to feel affective but, adding more layers makes it kind of tacky.
