I've been using this one for 2 years and it's still my top HG hydrating toner. It is super hydrating and very soothing, to the point that sometimes I can just use this without moisturiser when it's very humid. Over time, I definitely noticed it plumps my skin and has helped my moisture barrier. But if you're looking for an acne product, this won't actually get rid of acne but it will help soothe the redness.
