I really don't know why Etude chose to package this individually, it might have something to do with the formula or to keep the scrub sanitary -- either way I love it because you can bring it anywhere! The small size can easily fit your make-up kit. 

 

The formula has a slight scent, not too strong. It exfoliates well, I use this once a week.
