this is my favorite shampoo! I also love the conditioner that goes with it and they work well together. it helps my hair not get oily as quick and after using the shampoo and conditioner my hair is soft. don't use shampoo on it's own though because it doesn't leave your hair that soft. only bad thing is that it pulls quite a bit of hair out.
