its very light the scrub effect almost to nothing. Didn't do much in terms of scrubbing so I wouldn't say that its great and did the scrubbing because stayed the same and did not remove the chapped and dead skin on my lips

I use this about 2-3 times a week depending on how cold & dry the climate & weather are. I simply love it!! In the past I’d used Mary Kay’s satin lip products but definitely did not get as good of results!! I was really struggling w dry, cracked & flaky lips (which just as it sounds is gross & a huge bummer) and haven’t had really any issues since using this product w my new Skin care routine that integrates pretty much just Korean skin care products. Regardless, whenever I’m a little more dehydrated & need a boost, this is a perfect cleaning & prep-step before using the Laneige lip sleeping mask(Berry)
(Disclaimer-so I changed up my entire skin care routine w my first StyleKorean.com order so I realize that the overall health of my lips & skin have been greatly impacted & improved!!)
