Before makeup to hydrate, post makeup to set. Gives my beat a dewy glow, and keeps that hard work from decompensating. I love how fine the mist is. Some finishing sprays are scattered, because it gets clogged. Never had that issue with Tony Moly. I can never get enough CUTE. TM gives it to me again, and again.
