These are fine, nothing spectacular. They have a flap that allows you to cover your whole eye if you wish or fold it down if you don’t, which is different. They had a nice cooling sensation and definitely hydrated and plumped my undereyes. I didn’t notice any kind of brightening effect though.

My under eye is moisturized but I’m not sure if it’s actually working for brightness. I think I’d have to be consistent to see the results but it works I guess
