15 day return policy
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return your unused item(s) for a full refund within 15 days from the date you received it. However, customers need to bear the cost of return shipping and the items has to be unused and in its original packaging.
Damaged item(s) / Wrong item(s) return policy
If you received damaged items or wrong items, you can apply return request by Stylekorean customer service team with provable picture. After checking the information, we will send you replacement items right away. At the same time, we will send you prepaid returning shipping label.
